A bit of a hidden classic, here. Part 1 is full-on menacing strings, panning acid lines, stuttering choir samples, tough booming kicks: this is dark epic trance if ever I've heard it. Apparently this was Sasha's opening tune to his first ever Australian tour, and I can see why: definitely a track to mark an arrival with. On the flip The Traxidaisical edit is a pretty ineffectual dub of Part 1, however Part 2 is a lovely piece of sweeping, uplifting progressive trance using lighter kicks and bass than part 1 and with a more positive melodic feel. This was also no. 1 for at least two consecutive weeks on the Kiss 102 (Manchester) Buzz Chart in around November/December 1995.
