Not every show that starts with Release automatically becomes an unstoppable PJ fest. Although it's the same song that opened Atlanta 94 and second Katowice 2000, it did not help this otherwise decently composed setlist to release the true fire. It could've been the peculiar Japanese spoken by Eddie that stunned the audience, or his next to insulting English, or maybe the general sleepiness that haunted the early 2003 Tour shows - the show just did not 'click in'. PJ's gigs are good on average, hence their average ones stay average at best, if not go below par. This show goes nicely, but eventually somehow wastes the usual energy and enthusiasm of the gathering in front of the scene, which during the good shows is incorpotated onto the third party listeners; here, it just didn't happen. Even the two cover songs don't help, save it for one great surprise alone - Alive AFTER Yellow Ledbetter to finish the show, which is more than unusual.
