Anyone in any doubt that the mono version is a completely different mix, as opposed to bounced down from the stereo mix, should be aware that Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun is about 20 seconds longer than on the original stereo LP.

Play the stereo version after the Mono, you might only want the mono version. Mono seems the way that this was designed to be heard. Mighty addition to the Floyd catalogue, just a bad Faux cover, so un Floyd

I was really happy to get a copy on RSD and the this: big scratch on Side 1 Track2 :-(
Quality check really sucks. This must not happen at any new pressing, but especially not on the more expensive limited RSD Releases.

Listening to my copy now. Sounds great. And all the correct tracks are there.

I wish they would have gone all out with the cover as they did with Piper, but other than that, I'm very happy with this. Despite having to buy it from discogs at a higher price.

Fantastic lp....mono or stereo it is a masterpiece. It is more tripping in mono in my opinion. I hope one day they will include Vegetable Man and Scream thy last scream, two real gems from a real musical genius.

I purchased an extra USA version of this RSD, was looking to see if anyone wanted to trade an EU pressing for it?

Fine product. Guess it will be readily available soon in non RSD format. Nothing "special" about this pressing though. Don't pay scalper prices. Not worth it and they are DIRTBAGS.

Love the jerks listing 5 or more of these...I hate RSD...nothing like lining the pockets of scalpers...and discogs

Decent product. Nothing stellar (record is slightly warped, some noise here and there), but no pops or clicks whatsoever. The mono mix sounds really good to my ears.
