Although they should have included The Endless River as part of Division Bell's 2014 reissue, I still find it as a good stand alone and much better than expected. I don't think of it as new work from Pink Floyd, but as a lost twin from my favourite Division Bell. You'll love from the beginning, till the end.

Still can't figure out why they decided to release these materials as a separate full length album; If anything they should have been included as part of Division Bell's 2014 reissue. It would work so much better in that context and probably taken more seriously. What we have here sounds like a collection of outtakes, snippets and 2nd rate attempts at re-producing the epic Pink Floyd sound. It's not bad (could have been a lot worse) but don't set your expectations too high. If you go in without expecting too much you will find some worthy moments in tracks like "It's What We Do", "Skins", "Unsung", "Eyes To Pearls" and ---- "Sum" ----> my top pick in this compilation.
