Amazingly (yet amazing) underrated band from Detroit. So guess what, it's a hardcore band and hard as fuck, nothing new. What is new is the formula, which set apart Pitbull from their peers. The jangly bass set the rhytms, a thunderous storm of seemingly BL'AST!-ische riffs do the rest, The voice is raspy and punching (Negative Approach's John Brannon would be proud), and there's an almost noise (hard) rock vibe here and there in the music. You know, i Always thought Detroit was the mecca for unapologetic hardcore, and Pittbull may serve as an example. Great band.
