'Don't Judge The Silence' is utterly majestic. So lovely is this track. Built around 2 chords, an 120bpm sampled breakbeat & some improvised analogue strings [played live by the sounds of it] this track is SERIOUSLY more than the sum of it's parts. A really beautiful mood captured with sublime simplicity. . . . . .

This is another chapter in the versatility and genius of Djax's golden years (90-95). "City Of Hope" contains two slabs of really experimental and somewhat dreamy techno/acid. If your a really creative mixer, you could find use for it in a club, but for the most part, it is electronic music designed for those moments when you're melting in your beanbag chair.
