Does anyone know what synths were used for producing the pad sound at roughly 0:45 to 1:20 on side C?

No written Titel on purpose , only symbols on purpose , 2017 on the spine was only the year the music is from :)

not sure why as I love ambient music like this, but it took 3 listens before this release opened up for me. really special stuff here. if you are on the fence give it a few tries

PST's output together with SVN really grew on me over the years, hitting a peak at 'recordings 1-4', where each track was given its own side to breathe. Acido, supervised by Dynamo Dreesen, seems to take a smiler approach with this PST release. Dreesen counts SVN as one of his closest friends and collaborators, so seeing SVN's mainstay collaborator PST dropping a release on the label came as no surprise, especially as his output echoes some of the trade mark Acido/SUED sound. This record see's him release without SVN - yet make no mistake - '2017' may be PST's best work yet.

Maybe guilty of calling it too soon but I genuinely feel like this might be one of the best records to land this year. Four beautiful tracks across two records with a drifting and dubby momentum, somewhere in the nether region of ambient/techno - a couple of the tracks work with filtered, submerged drum programming but the real beauty in this double pack is the pads - intensely summery, balmy atmosphere all the way through, definitely evocative of the picture of the surfer on the sleeve...

this is pure acido top notch class in the formular why i am loving the label so much. superb pressing of outstanding ambient'ish/acido'ish experimental OUTERSPACE work. so so good. or in the words of hardwax "Audiophile presentation of dreamy, dubby pulsating Ambient beauties". word up.
