Out Of Control is my favourite track attached to the Praga Khan guise. Not to be misunderstood, I like many productions involved with Praga Khan's other collaborations, but this one specifically to said name as it's the most underground sounding compared to the others. Dark, futuristic with a steadfast groove. Epitomises the 1990 crossover period when things started getting harder and more underground. Integrates nice use of samples including Kraftwerk's 'Numbers'. The whole hardcore movement, both UK and European was around the corner, but still harking back to the original acid house warehouse vibe.

The B side 'Echoes' has so much potential with its ominous intro, yet it seems to be stuck in neutral. Nice LFO style bass and chime-like synths. But let's not sit on the fence here. The vocal really is ckuffing atrocious, nearly as danny dire as our summers here in blighty. Quite a lazy production overall and definitely an afterthought.
