The Plain Recordings version of this record definitely showcases how well mastered this album was. Absolutely STUNNING sound on this pressing! Each instrument occupies it's own space with plenty of breathing room between them, almost as iff the silence surrounding them in the room is a whole other member (especially in songs like Mr. Krinkle and Bob). DMV, The Ol' Diamondback Sturgeon, and Welcome To This World, and pretty much the whole album's mix will blow you away.

Plain Recording gets a bad rap, but this actually doesn't sound too bad. Well worth what I paid for it.
