Disappointing release. Just doesn't have the magic of Jilted and Experience, I just don't think I'm into him anymore. The album is way too loud and has no dynamics. The breaks are re-used too many times over. The sound pallette is a tad cold too.

very disappointing. the prodigy have always been one of my fave acts i've always defended, but this seems like a sequel to "Invaders" with no progression whatsoever. Liam's production is still amazingly good as a output, but i sense he's ran out of ideas, as he goes even as far to use the same set of samples/presets from his last record. still, there is some highlights as the opener track "the day is my enemy" with its strong percussion backed by fuzzy sounding synths, Medicine with its Bulgarian sampling opening, the anti-club DJ rantathon Ibiza with a certain sleaford mod, and the space opera that is Beyond The Deathray (which imo, should've closed the album..) apart from that though i can't say a lot more and believe if you want good prodigy albums look towards the first 3 albums and the dirtchamber sessions. 3/5

Thrashing this already - Nice vinyl package. Nasty, Ibiza, Get Your Fight On & Rok-Weiler are great tracks if you need to drive somewhere in a hurry. It's a grower...
