A great live album from the first period of PTV's music. You can listen to most of the songs from their second LP "Dreams Less Sweet", in powerful and agry industrial versions. "In The Nursery", in particular, is my very favourite, both in the studio and live version. Surely "N.Y. Scum" is the best document available to test PTV's live impact in their very early days.

Maybe the 2nd best live lp PTV ever made.A raw & harsh concert in new york where the band give industrial music her finest hours....For the story, genesis makes a dedication to the late Ruth Polski : a famous figure in the us alternative scene in the late 80's, who died sadly hit by a car.The Smiths gave her the song "shoplifters of the world unite".
