Pressing sounds good despite colored vinyl. Thought at first that there was a lot of surface noise on passages of sides C and D, though this is intentional (it is present in the digital version as well).

Great, smoky, foggy, dark tracks. The texture is very Carpenter and 80s instrumental synth soundscapes and soundtracks, but very well-composed, a very distinct aesthetic voice. The compositions are very much compositions, as opposed to cues. Much better than a lot of other stuff lumped into this genre, like Tycho or Com Truise, IMHO. Feels very worn in; if it was recorded to tape, it sounds like it, very tacitly worn, like Burial.
