this record would fit a lot better into the Techno genre than it does fit into psy-/progressive trance: no q+a/2-bar scheme, no typical breaks, clichés or harmonic patterns. No upbeat hihats and the title track does not even provide a bassline. While the B-side contains at least some minimal version of a bassline the title track doesn't. Not the slightest idea of it. So it's definitely not trance nor any subgenre of trance. It's Techno. Not a bad record, but -in my opinion- released at the wrong label and therefore lost in labelcode.

I was a bit disappointed in this. The production is extremely good, sounds are super crisp and everything sounds just right... but it just doesn't do anything for me. It's so slick it just slides past unnoticed. I have yet to hear any of these tracks in a PA so maybe I'll change my mind once I do, but until then this 12" will be collecting dust.
