Originally released October 11, 1974 and lifted off their third album "Sheer Heart Attack", "Killer Queen" was the band's breakthrough hit, reaching #2 in the UK and #11 in the United States.

This grouping assembles all single releases, re-releases and bootlegs where "Killer Queen" receives A-side top billing ("Flick Of The Wrist" is the most-used AA/B-side). In 1988 it was re-released on 3" mini-CD.

There are (at least) 5 different mixes of "Flick Of The Wrist" used as AA/B sides to "Killer Queen":
[3:10] - a rough cut from the album version, starts with guitars and drums, and ends with shriek of feedback with piano playing but abrupt end - only on the Japan 7''
[3:16] - starts with around 6 seconds of piano before guitars, and ends with shriek of feedback with no piano - commonly used on EMI pressings
[3:18] - a rough cut from the album version, starts with guitars and drums, and ends with shriek of feedback with piano playing, which plays on to fade - commonly used on Elektra pressings saying [3:18] but actual running time is more like [3:08]
[3:20] - a rough cut from the album version, starts with guitars and piano, and ends with early fade on the line "all this time honey" - only appears on the UK 3'' CDS reissue
[3:22] - starts with around 12 seconds of piano before guitars, and ends with shriek of feedback with no piano - only appears on the Dutch 7''
