super solid record. dark, grainy, on par with some of the early Boards of Canada work. A+

"One " is a powerhouse of hip hop abstraction. Rough, edgy, raw in style and sound. My only issue if their is one is the recording quality of the vinyl, but other than it it is a brilliant musical excursion. Req excercises restrain and wit , sort of like jazz techniques translated into the use of makeshift analogue synths samplers and turntables. A type of soundtrackish ambient back drop for true bboys, and that's quite dope.

This is the most abstract instrumental hip hop I've ever heard. The tracks on this LP sound like Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works Volume II over extremely minimal hip hop beats. I don't know of any other release with similar music.
