Anyone heard of large Music/CD pirating operations in Germany and or other European countries?

I remember hearing 'Man on the Silver Mountain' way back when on Alan "Fluff" Freeman's Saturday afternoon rock show and that had me hooked on Rainbow, Blackmore and Purple. Here you get all the hits spread across a double album - great stuff!
