Yah Frantic Formula is a top class production, but it's also fast, rough and a bit abstract. I prefer to flip it over to the goovier acid pump: Zuur V. 1.3 b

Ahhh... what a release! How could you not give it five stars? This is the kind of release that has made Djax such a great label for continuing the vibe started by the Chicago acid records. "Frantic Forumula" is THE cut that makes this essential - a hard, wigged out, 909 and 303 workout with great syncopated percussion over the top, that seems to go on forever. Words don't do it justice - while you may think that this sounds just like any other acid record, think again... the Random XS boys tweak the hell out of that little box to make one of the most pumpin warehouse party records ever!!
