Wonderful reissue by OR here...beautiful textured paste-on slicks with silvery ink and heavy cardboard sleeve and insert. Feels amazing. Sound quality is solid too, no noise reduction here, just a cassette dub it sounds like of a clean original LP....I'd get this one over the Shadoks, the Shadoks has been smothered in no-noise. Unless you are into that kind of thing, I'd avoid that later issue and go for this one. As far as the music, this is solid garage rock with some southern rock and Neil Young/Crazy Horse influences...not really a bad song on it. Slightly lo-fi 2-track reel-to-reel sound as well which along with the songwriting and musical style gives it a 1972 flavor rather than 1979.
