I couldnt disagree more with the last review. "Dull", "unimaginative" , "lazy" and "crap" is a bit harsh and a totally unfitting description. Besides, the other ratings speak volumes...

This album isnt about being innovative or pioneering, or trying to squeeze in as many irritating, cheesy melodies and over produced, commercial samples as possible like so many of the albums the scene is flooded with these days. Its about stripping it down to the essential elements - groove, drive and energy.

If you like no-nonsense, deep and organic underground psytrance, then get your hands on a copy of this.

Well...this is THE dullest, most unimaginative psy-trance album I've ever wasted time listening to. Each track is a recycled version of the last with barely anything to distinguish them, and at least three of them even use exactly the same bassline.

OK, so RealityGrid have always leant on the minimal side of psy, and their debut 'Reality Check' (which I really liked) was certainly understated. But it was also innovative, and the tracks, though similar, were not clones of one another. Sadly this can't be said for 'Another Reality'.

There is a difference between minimal and lazy, and this album falls into the latter category. Seriously, don't bother with this crap, and save yourself 70 odd minutes of your life that you'll never get back.
