There's some decent stuff on here, Havens stretches out stylistically, but overall the project is a little too ambitious and a more concise single LP (maybe with just one Beatles cover) would have served better. "Indian Rope Man" which was covered by Bob Marley and The Wailers as "African Herb man" is one of the highlights along with "For Heaven's Sake", "What More Can I Say John", "Putting Out The Vibration" and "The Parable of Ramon".
