Original promo did indeed come with topless woman on label but this promo was backed with 'Kariya's - Let Me Love You For Tonight (Remix)', and rather than being sold as a promo it was in fact sold as a bootleg (rumoured to have been remixed by Evil Eddie Richards at the time). It would require further research into the fact that this is a FFRR promo due to the fact that the Kariya track appears on one side and to my knowledge was never released on FFRR records.
The guys from Jack Trax provided me with my copy at the time of release and the information referenced above was provided by them at the time of sale.

Original promo features topless woman on the centre. Sold for loads of money at the time. Possibly a FFRR scam to raise interest for the UK release
