Has anyone ever thought about supporting a band instead of disparaging them every time they put a foot wrong...? There's nothing wrong with this record, it boasts a strong mid-section with much slow burn material, which is far better than songs that immediately just 'stick in your head'.

Dont agree with the negative reviews here, Future Love, Repetition, Clouds of Saint Marie, Jump Jet. There are some great tracks on here. Sounds perfectly fine too, not mindblowing but far from disappointing.

“Ride or Die” is a phrase many of today’s youngsters say, and I should know, because I have heard them say it. And so, if I was given the choice between having to listen to this lukewarm batch of Ride songs ever again, and imminent death, I think I would have to choose eternal rest!!

Very disappointed . Seems thrown together and hardly a single track which sticks in your head.

RIDE is in my top 5 favourite bands of ALL time, LONGtime fan, but this is their weakest to date (excluding that pure shit of a remix album)

Compared to 2017's "Weather Diaries," this is rather disappointing. "Weather Diaries" was a fantastic reboot for Ride; much better than I had anticipated for 27 years after their debut. "This is Not a Safe Place," however, is about what I'd expect for a band that's been around this long. It's not a total waste, but seems to be lacking in strength of songwriting and melody.

Does anyone know if this pressing is 45 RPM or 33?
