This is an absolutely stunning remaster of one of my all time favourite albums. The dynamic range of the original recording has (for once!) been preserved and the 5.1 SACD layer is truly excellent. The mix is sympathetic to the original Q sound recording but totally opens out the music. I've listened to the original CD release many times, but I keep hearing new things in the mix which I never noticed before. Earlier today, I was looking out at the field behind my house to see the cow I could hear... only to realise that it was on the album! For me, this sets the standard by which all remasters should be measured.
