I think this is the one that I have. It does say "Made in Holland" along the edge rim of the centre labels. But mine has the London "flag" logo (Blue over red with London written in white on the blue) on the top right corner of the front sleeve. So I'm questioning the sleeve image that goes with this entry. I bought mine in 1991 and I'd imagine it was issued in the late eighties.
