RUELGO seem to add all the vital elements for a successful Club House hit to their creative cooking pot, then end up tipping far too much (for your average soft-mouthed palette) experimentalism into the mix. Their certainly not the first, and almost definitely wont be the last to try this - my old mate REGIS has had a fair amount of success doing much the same. This though is a far more exploratory escapade into realms of abstraction. But as weird and Industrial as this can be, it can never hide the fact that it is at heart a dance record. It makes reference to "The Avengers" both with spoken sound bites and with the show's theme slinking somewhere into the mix. Neither do they shy away from keeping things nice and simple - some of the rhythms on this long single are stripped down to drums and central theme, others are busy and noisy affairs; very electronic, and I mean Raw Electronic.
