Fury. Oh my god. I've got all 9 releases on the 2 on 1 series, and Fury is my favourite by far. If ever a track deserves its title its this one. Goldie was angry when he produced this track. Really angry. Top drawer tune and still in my all time top ten.

'Gun Star Hero' has an interesting 4/4 with amens break that really gives it old school appeal. 4/5

"Any Ol' rufige kru tune"!! Goldie was hardly knockin them out two a penny and even then it doesn't feel or sound like his other tunes apart from having that smooth yet deadly Goldie sound, which is always welcome! One of my favourites from him and rather underappreciated.

Fury is a fantastic tune. A real mix of very ominous and dark tones mashed (at times) with oddly uplifting strings.
Nervous stuttering beats and breaks guide the tune along.
It pretty different from the majority of what was being made in 1994.

The Nookie piece is fairly typical of his deeper work at the time.
Very nice, light and springy beats, nice pads. Nothing spectacular but good track to drop in a mellow / Bukem kinda set.

One of the best 12"s of the 2 On 1 series.

Rufige Kru- Fury sounds like any ol' Rufige Kru tune during this era. Not a fan of it personally. However, it is much harder/darker than Cloud Nine's-Gun Star Hero.

Cloud Nine- Gun Star Hero is my favorite track on this record by far. A nice intro that kind of sounds like your drifting off into the night. The track just builds with nice mellow atmosphere, accompanied by some piano and a steady bassline. Things really start to take off at the drop and in comes the amens. This track has some real nice layers to it. Cloud Nine/Nookie was very underrated and tracks like this prove it.
