The story goes that the cover was originally intended to be a silvery colour to give it a "steel" appearance, but a printing error on the first pressing resulted in the copper/green colour-scheme. However, I'm almost certain I've seen a corrected silver pressing, probably unofficial. I can't seem to find it on here though?
