A great release from "s-mode" for ESP's C&W label. An earlier example of that 808 chi-town ghetto-tech, that strips out the street elements and leans closer to a Studio 1 feel with more quirks. While the bounce has that southside flavor, the drive on many tracks are percussive techno maelstroms, the best of both. The label, "country western", fits quite well, as some tracks feel like your riding an electronic bull and you just have to hold on tight and ride that bucking rhythm.

If you like to cut it up fast and furious, there's some great material to work through here. Some great tracks to bring diversity to a ghetto tech set or as an uptempo diversion that will breathe some maximal life into your minimal set. Not mind blowing, but fun, floor friendly, and faceless enough to keep in rotation without feeling dated. Would also appeal to some tribal tech house players. Giddyup!
