Probably the most beat oriented of the 3 SETI releases and even then its very minimally constrained. The music is spartan with alot of space used between any sort of structural inhibitions. This is NOT melodic ambient music nor is this Lustmord style dooming drone music but lying instead somewhere in the hinterlands where light and dark meet. I feel this particular SETI release is closer to the now impossible to buy Human Mesh Dance's The Secret of Number Twelve in that its well balanced and almost gossamer in feel. The later SETI especially Pharos is darker and much less rhythmic in nature but still worth the price of admission into the netherworld's of searching for life beyond out earthly domains.
