This album is surely a far cry from previous SPK work, but taken as it is, is not a bad album. With its female vocals and synthpop/industrial crossover, It can be regarded as a nice placeholder for a second Propaganda album that never was (even though it was released before A Secret Wish). Highlights are the title track, High Tension, Metropolis, Seduction and Crimes of Passion.
