Notes

All compositions performed live.

Home Over Yonder (Variations) is partially based on the Primitive Baptist Hymn of the same name as sung by "Frankie" Frank Duff. The Day is Past and Gone (Variations) is partially based on the Old Regular Baptist Hymn of the same name as sung by Jean Ritchie. I believe that the elements of these melodies are so ancient that they come from pre-Christian times.

White cassettes and 2-fold card stock j cards. Edition of 100.

"Sarah Henson learned to play guitar and banjo at the foot of the black mountains in North Carolina. Under the name Sarah Louise, she released two beautiful folk albums and especially her latest release Field Guide is first and foremost a great fingerstyle, solo guitar album." - Dying for Bad Music
