Compiles the album The Neo-Realist (At Risk), originally released on LP 1983, edition of 3,000 [1 to 7], the Stationary Dance / Sensible Music 12", originally released 1981, edition of 1,000 [8 and 9], a track from the This Is Religion cassette compilation, originally released 1985, edition of 300 [10], a track from the Palace Of Lights 7" compilation, originally released 1981 [11], and three previously unreleased tracks (2009–2014) [12 to 14]. The track notes printed in the booklet erroneously state that track 11 was originally released on the "This Is Religion" compilation, a "cassette edition of 500."
