A: House. Simply loops the bassline to Chic's "Good Times", it also keeps the piano notes, then uses a filtered sample from the same track all over a conventional house beat. After the breakdown the full piano solo is used and more effects and instruments are used. Not fully sure why you would't ever use the original but it certainly provides a creditable alternative for a deep house set and as it was virtually impossible to make a bags of a project like this considering the quality of the tools. It remains brilliant. [TEN]
B: House. Uses a slightly chunkier if a touch lo-fi version of the baseline form Chic's "Everybody dance". More than a hint a "Black Legend" remix but it stays underground enough. Has a slowed-down section to get your deeper funk on but the vibe is brilliant and guarantees smile all round. I can see there merit in using this as opposed to the original and again will be a fine addition to your house/deep house set. [TEN]
