Here it is, the first Seefeel's release and the best one in my opinion. The best one because this record is complete, each track puts in a different mood : A bit of nostalgia with 'More Like Space' but still a long warm song enriched with Sarah Peacock's angelic voice ; mystery and fantasy with 'Time To Find Me', a dreamy track which takes you along a wonderland once your eyes closed (The remix by Mr. Richard Aphex James didn't bring that much to the original track trough, they are both great tracks) ; and then comes the one, my all time Seefeel favourite track : 'Come Alive'. I've never heard someone speaking about this track, no positive feedback or even a simple mention, which is absolutely astonishing for me because I never heard something like this, anywhere else. It has the rare and delicious taste of a track that could have been unreleased because of not being appreciated at his own price but still released, who knows why... Percussions come from true drums located on earth but the (massive) synth layers come from somewhere very, very, ...very far. And all stutted with hidden lyrics, five minutes of pure joy, no one else has ever done this and I have to be very grateful to Mark & Seefeel members for bringing this track to life ; and a bit of relaxation to finish with Blue Easy Sleep, not the worst, but the less good track of the EP, in the same way than 'More Like Space' but not as good.
Although constrasting, the tracks are linked by effectiveness, repetition and above all Seefeel's one and only touch, highly recommended.
