Oh Dear GOODNESS !!! I will never stop lovin' this, never! The "single edit" just ROCKS ARSES ! Oh yes, and right now I can hear you think: "oh no, that must be an idiot who's very fond of übercheap cheeseproductions" --> believe me, I'm not, but you gotta love this! This track's theme could be called cheesy, but it offers too much to be just another partytrack like two a penny. Try as I might, my words here just won't do to describe this track's proportion of celebration, but I'll give it a go anyway:

Percussion: The kick'n'bass section is very good, nothing exceptional, but just very good! The bassline's drive fits the track very well, and the kick is set with precision: not too hard, nor too mellow. Nice crashes that immediately take you to the imagination of the army. The drums and claps are more than okay, and needless to say, the song's structure is first-rate.

Clearly, a lot of effort was put into the lyrics. Unlike most tracks, not just 2 or 3 words being forever repeated, no... several strophes, accompanied by THE unforgettable Chorus. "Th'suckers will be down, with the hardcore underground, if you wanna start the battle, get your asses in the saddle, and we will not stop etc...!". The lyrics hook up with the melody, and oh my God, a festive melody if ever there was one! Simply brilliant.

As if that weren't enough... the song also underwent a complete enrichment, by adding all sorts of extra features that contribute to the incredible atmosphere, for instance the sounds of a horse at its full pride, army trumpets, an exciting fight midtheme, ... not to mention the end of the song: "Victory will be ours! You gonna pray, you gonna call for your mommy muhahahaaaa!"

A brief résumé: this song is celebratory, funny, pumping, original and so much more! I always let new people discover this track and everyone likes it or can AT LEAST appreciate its originality, even those who are not in favour of too much literal "party" music (in general, I agree with them, but for this one I had to make the exception!) So if you are a DJ who regularly plays in front of a hungry crowd, you'll better get this record very soon! Your dancefloor will be overwhelmed with happiness!
