I love the way 52 People really believe they have an Original A&M pressing?!
Considering it's meant to be the Rarest (Most sort after) Punk single in the world,
i find it very hard to believe 52 people own one on here!
Genuine originals have the serrated anti-slip necklace and 7284 written twice on the B-Side runout, one above the other !

"A&M cut ties with the band, breaching their contract and destroying the majority of the 25,000 7″s of “God Save the Queen.” The nine pressings that reportedly remain are obviously extremely valuable due to their rarity, and often make the list of most expensive vinyl records." From Spin a few years ago...Caveat emptor.

Beware A&M bootlegs of GOD SAVE THE QUEEN/NO FEELINGS. The bootleg preeses contains the VIRGIN-ALBUM-VERSIONS in bad quality. ONLY THE 7" of 35TH ANIVERSARY BOX of NEVERMIND THE BOLLOCKS contains the the right versions, if you interested in a repress of this record. The A&M versions of the songs are a bit faster and have a tougher mix than the VIRGIN versions.

Be careful if you're a potential buyer and think you have a genuine original. There are some wicked and clever fraudsters out there. I got taken for a ride in an auction (over 60 bids) and ended up paying £8502 and NOT receiving the correct item from a fraudster called Angela Gale.

This is NOT original. Fake copy with “the serrated anti-slip necklaceand 7284 written twice on the B-Side runout” also exist. Please beware..

What about a copy that does not have the serrated edge but has a large "A" printed on the label?
This type is mentioned on 45cat by someone who was given a copy by Lydon's brother back then.

Interesting that SPIN magazine is saying only 9 copies exist yet somehow 32 collectors here say they have a copy? Doh! For $15.92 you got a round black 7" piece of vinyl that smells like a Sardine...

I have a copy that I picked up in my local charity shop from a box of records brought in that day!! Although it has all the right numbers etc I think it is a copy, what is the best way of confirming this? Thanks
