Although 1982, the sounds are still quite 70's disco with maybe the exception of the lead synth. Bassline and percussions and piano remind me of the Young & Company hit "I like what you're doing to me". In the bridge part the bassline moves in to the late 70's disco bass style, which is kind of corny. The vocals are generic and do not irritate nor inspire. They are somewhat reminiscent of say Sister Sledge.

Anyway, this is a solid pre-boogie disco record which quite doesn't fit my liking (just meaning could be either more soulful or more focused), but still I'm not unhappy for buying this. A solid, very basic disco record. Has many weak points but also many strong points. The bassline-guitar-piano-drum break combination of the chorus is definitely one of the latter.

patrick adams tell in a interviews :
'One of the hottest vocalist I have ever encountered was Melissa Morgan.
When we met she was physically and vocally in her prime.
I think she was a background vocalist for Chaka Khan.
She was brought to the studio by Lonnie Johnson the owner of ScorpGemi Records.
As I said before beauty and talent are a combination that opens me up creatively. The result was Shades of Love's "KEEP IN TOUCH BODY TO BODY"......... I love the chant, "All over my body I want to feel your body all over my body."
