God man. This was 1998? It sounds so ahead of it's time(for me anyway). As I was writing this review, I noticed it says that Perseverance is played at 45, not 33. I was gonna review that track specifically and say how slow and hypnotizing the track was, and how despite that it is long, I never was bored. Anyway, I just played it at it's right speed(45) for the first time, and though it goes by a bit quicker, it doesn't lose any of it's greatness. It is full of subtle changes that make me want to keep on listening to see what comes next. You can tell Shake put a lot of time into this track(as he always does)as opposed to just throwing it down. Anything he touches is gold and this is no exception. Shake is the musicians musician.
