“Magazine RWRK” is the same track as “Magazine Part I & II (Shining rework)” (appearing on a Jaga Jazzist release : STS 082). This piece of experimental and future jazz, is a very wonderful tribute to Jaga Jazzist’s touching track “Plym” (also on the same release). This track reminds the original “Plym” with an abstract piano melody, very beautiful. Collaboration between these two Norwegian bands is not a surprise, as we know that young quartet Shining counts two former Jaga Jazzist members. There are also many links between their labels, Smalltown Supersound and Rune Grammofon.
