Think the earlier review is a little harsh. This actually seems to have the sound of tracks that are being released more recently, see Africa Hitech for one. Possibly alienated some fans who enjoyed the more purist technk sounds that Si Begg had been putting out. Reckon that this would still do a decent job on dancefloors today. Having just dug out my copies will be putting that theory to the test when I spin this weekend.

Probably the worst release from Si Begg I've yet to hear, this collage of bad hip-hop/rap and pseudo-experimental beats is the direction I was hoping Si Begg wouldn't go. Is this also the direction Landstrumm is taking? One can only hope not.

Foregoing his brilliant renditions on Tresor, Mosquito, and others, it seems Begg is moving towards the more commercial venue. Why, Si, why?

The worst offender of the lot is A1. It's rasta-like rapping serves no purpose but to dull the ear. Yuck.

Pass on this record all together. There's a good reason it's not rated as one of the better Begg records out there.
