Quite possibly the best release on Fax, and Namlook's for that matter. Four lengthy pieces, captivating, ethereal, compulsive, haunting. The earliest Namlook are the best; and this is the first Fax release ever, so...
My copy is a Rising High release, as to buy a Fax original means selling one of your kidneys. For ambient lovers and Namlook fans, this is a blast, and Pete's output in creative terms was to go slowly downhill (to be brutally honest and slightly purist) from now on; with honourable exceptions/Indian summers with the likes of Air I + II, Shades of Orion, 2350 Broadway, Fires of Ork, From Within, Dreamfish.... and the rest of the Silence series, especially silence V IMHO, though everyone will have their own favourites. Highly recommended!
