I don't know what others are hearing at 'Dream at Tempo 119'. Maybe my copy doesn't have it but all I hear is the intended knob tweaking that's supposed to be there that Brian always does live, and the bleeps/bloops. I played my record ('Dream at Tempo 119' three times straight) and then listened to the high quality audio file and it sounds the same, more or less.

The 7" labels are a little off center. I hear little bit of popping on 'Table Scraps', and it ends in an infinite loop, which I'm guessing is not intentional.

Pretty bad pressing. Disk 1 is totally fine, but Dream at Tempo 119 has some weird shit going on in the quieter part near the middle (I guess a mastering error like st10109ed said earlier), and my 7" had 3 total infinite loops... 1 on Table Scraps, 2 on Mercury.

Do not buy a copy of this online from anyone. This particular pressing had massive manufacturing errors when this album came out. I tried buying it about 8 times, and I worked at a record store chain warehouse at the time, so I kept bringing it back to exchange, finally giving up when my boss gave me crap, and contacted the label directly. They also sent me a bum copy which I returned finally back to my warehouse for credit. Every. Single. Copy was warped due to the 7" included in the packaging to the point it would not even play. One copy had an off center label that had grooves pressed into the paper (yes I tried playing it and it did actually track but sounded like shite obviously). One copy had two labels on one side but one of them wasn't completely affixed and so it flopped all over the place. I mean, TOTAL and complete lack of quality control on this one. I am sure some ok copies exist, but DO NOT buy a sealed copy or pay a premium for it. If anything sealed copies should go for much less because it is a total crap shoot. You can send me the money instead it will be just as effective. If you really just hafta have this one buy from someone trusted and MAKE SURE they inspect it and/or play test it before purchasing. The 7" sounded fine as I recall. I will pick up a re-issue of this next time I come across it, as the music is actually great (hence trying 8 times to get it on wax).

Does anyone else hear a mastering error during Dream At Tempo 119?
