Verry strong release indeed. Totally in love with teh Angelic Science and Sick With Acid track. Great pressing to. While looking on the net i found out that Jones was killed trying to stop a robbery March 27, 1994 on Haight Street, San Francisco after he chased Avina, whom he had seen take a backpack from a man carrying a cane, police said.

Jones apparently thought he was helping a man being robbed. Jones chased Avina on a bicycle, caught up and confronted him, then was fatally stabbed in the chest with a chisel, police said. His killer fled. Investigators later identified the man with the cane as a drug dealer who sold fake dope and, unknown to Jones, the stolen backpack contained bogus marijuana.

The killer, Avina, got identified a month later and sentenced for second degree murder.

This record takes you on a trip through a dark world from an imaginary science fiction movie. The music refers to early Air Liquide (especially Demon Drum and Sick With Acid) and The Orb but is even darker and at some times sounds quite ominous. For me this is an all time classic in electronic music.
