OK, i know i must be the only person who really digs this album (still being a fan of the 80's music!), so whatever i cover in this review is my personal opinion about this album.
This album seems to be logical continuation of Skid Row's previous effort "Slave to the grind" just more extreme i would say but still with slight sleazy edge as Skid Row's 2 previous albums.

My enemy - very heavy track with guitar riffs reminiscent of Pantera. Song that really keeps you going!
Firesign - slightly more melodic mid tempo track with really beautiful chorus. Sebastian shows that his voice is still powerful.
Bonehead - this song is written by rachel Bolan, band's bassist who always brought punk influences to the band's sound. This track is pretty much like punk mixed with thrash metal.
Beat yourself blind - cool bass riff, another angry mid-tempo track
Eileen - this track is similar to the sound that media adored during grunge era of the 90's, think of slight Alice in chains influence in this track, though it still sounds like Skid Row.
Remains To Be Seen - this track has slight funk influence, probably one of the tracks that reminds of 80's LA glam sceene the most. Has that funk metal style that was popular during couple of years during 1989-1991
Subhuman Race - great agressive track, really fast. Has some similarities with Bonehead stylystically (just more technical)
Frozen - slow heavy track. Sounds kinda doomy!
Into Another - another track that sounds a bit like Eileen. Nice melody.
Face gainst my soul - another heavy track. Great chorus!
Medicine Jar - track similar to previous one!
Breakin' down - now here i must admit that this song is a highlight of this album! Very sensitive lyrics with mindblowing song structure. Dave "Snake" Sabo wrote this one. When listening to it images of 2 people embracing each other come to one's mind! Song is similar to Quicksand Jesus and In a darkened room from Slave to the grind album.
Iron Will - great track to close the album - very extreme sounding track!

In conclusion i must say, if you heard previous Skid Row albums and hear bad rap about this album - don't believe it, just check it for yourself!
