The poem is called "Dulce Et Decorum Est", the title is the last line of the poem which translates from the Latin into "it is sweet and noble to die for your country".

You say that this edition is 'limited' in fact it was only limited by the number of copies sold before the cover graphics were changed due to negative reaction to this 'Nazi' overtones cover. Probably Virgin allowed the 1st run to sell out in the shops rather than recall the sleeve and re-stock orders were sent the 2nd cover which has 2 variants. The first also included the fold-out double-sided lyric/pics insert and was unstickered. The 2nd had the sticker 'Contains the hit singles...' but most copies did not have the insert.
