this was a very over looked record by slade in 1977 probably due to other hard rock acts in the uk booming at this time like ufo, uriah heep, thin lizzy, status quo , rainbow and nazareth all who released very successful albums that year, also 1977 was the big punk explosion in the uk so for whatever reason this lp went quite over looked at this time, anyway this was always one of my favorite slade records belive it or not NOT MY FAVORITE but one of them, regardless this issue was released in the uk on barn records wich was run at that time by one of the members of the depressions ( i could be wrong) and the label lasted but only a year and a half before it went under, polydor released this lp in other european markets but in the uk this was released on the barn label a small label at this time for a band like slade to be on, anyway the barn labels where brown and this lp also came with a inner lyric sheet, very nice copy to have.... this record was NOT released in the us
