I've read good things about these Newbury limited editions, but do want the beautiful old Prestige artwork, which is used for the regular OJC version... Amazon shows only the disc for this edition, with no cover, and Discogs shows the artwork I'm familiar with on an outer jacket. I'm assuming this doesn't come only in a clear sleeve to show off the vinyl, as patientot has mentioned the frosted plastic inner sleeve. So... a question for patientot or anyone who knows... does this come in a standard sleeve with the original artwork, and is the sound RIGHT? Has this been the case with any other Newbury limited colored or clear vinyl jazz releases you've spun... these, in general, to be trusted to deliver the shiver? Thanks.

This is similar to the Newbury edition of "Tenor Madness" in that it uses old DCC Hoffman/Gray stampers, but in this case, some of that info has been scratched out in the matrices. Great sound, all-analog cut, highly recommended. The inner sleeve is frosted plastic, similar to many RTI pressings I've purchased though I'm not 100% positive this was pressed there.
