Just an all out, timeless classic and underrated release. Every track has its moments and uses. Straddling influences from deepest Detroit via Windsor (Canada) Richie Hawtin's 303 techno attack, the UK warehouse scene to the forward thinking German and Belgian sound of the early 1990s. Warm, lush, feel good vibes to the sometimes dark, eerie and frankly brutal. You have it all on this release.

P.S. Although this is dated as 1992 on discogs, it was circulating well before the end of 1991.

Ritchie Hawtin's remix of 'Pure Tendency' is a frankly staggering slice of techno/rave. Starts wickedly then builds throughout with lush sections that fit together incredibly well. Probably the only time you'll hear Hawtin use the Amen break, too! [unfortunately]
Would love to hear the original mix to work out exactly what he added...anyone know where it's hiding?!

With regards to Moody Morning (Slow Motion Mix), the reverse vocal sample, when played backwards (so it is actually playing forwards) says "love and affection I have for you"

Original white label release has catalogue number:
TNI 001.
I suspect the first non-white label pressing has cat. no: TNI 101. (info!) second, 201 etc - hence the scratched cat. nubers - all pressings were cut from the same acetone.
Only 100 white labels saw the light of day.
Release pressings saw batches of 1000.
Very rare indeed. Contains one of the best Rave tracks of '92 (Sub Audible)
