You can really look on this album actually being two albums in one. The first half, up to When Tomorrow Hits as being a Sonic Boom/Spectrum album. The other half being essentially a Spiritualized album. In fact Feel So Sad was the next Spiritualized single after the final Spacemen 3 split.

I always hoped that the split would not be as final as it turned out to be but I got the feeling reading in the NME and that at the end they basically couldn't stand each other.
