Some of the best music out there goes under the radar and for good reason, headz just aint ready even in 2018. Genre defying, but at heart hip hop in the best sense of the "genre".It's experimental, yes, and certainly electronic, but it absolutely is not run of the mill stuff at all. Spectre is dope, plain and simple. going way beyond any need to be hip or trendy, just solid ill music, when i need to get ill, i reach for the real deal, Spectre delivers. Must be said, that before this big interest in the occult that popped up in pop music, pop hip hop, fashion, commercials etc, before all those trendy rappers trying to act like they know about secret societies and all that, Wordsound had already cornered that area and much more authentically by the mid90s, just sayin. I see no real occult power in mainstream pretending to be deep flashing triangle hand gestures and shit, just listen to these real Ill musical explorations made by a real hiphop wizard conjured up in his basement by himself in a cloak at the witching hour instead.
